These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Tally mobile application ("App") operated by Kindling Apps ("we", "us", or "our"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
Tally is a personal habit tracking application. You may use it to create habits, track completions, and view your progress. You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
You need an account to use Tally. You can register with an email address or sign in with Google. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You may delete your account at any time from the App's Settings.
Tally offers a free tier with core features and an optional paid subscription ("Tally Pro") with additional features. Subscriptions are billed through Google Play and are subject to Google Play's terms. You can manage or cancel your subscription through Google Play settings at any time.
Refunds are handled according to Google Play's refund policy.
You retain ownership of all habit data you create in the App. Your data is stored locally on your device in encrypted form. We do not access, sell, or share your habit data with third parties.

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data loss will not occur. You are responsible for maintaining your own backups.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kindling Apps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
